Playzen is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website (playzen.app). For anything related to your data, you can reach us through the contact form.

What data we collect and why

This website collects personal data only when you send it to us through the contact form: name, email and message, plus optionally your phone number and your club's name. We use it exclusively to answer your enquiry and carry on the conversation you start — for example, preparing a demo for you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep the form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. If you ask us to delete it, we do so without further ado.

Recipients

Your data is processed on our servers and those of the providers we need to run this website (hosting and email delivery). It is not transferred to third parties for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how the website is used (pages visited, where visits come from). Google Analytics uses cookies and may process your IP address; you can find more information in Google's privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).
