Are my customers mine?

Absolutely. Your members register in your club, with your brand. You own all the data and can export it anytime. There's no lock-in and no intermediaries between you and your customers.

How do payments work?

You connect your own payment gateway (Stripe, Redsys, etc). Money goes directly to your bank account, not ours. You pay a flat monthly fee regardless of how many transactions you process.

Can I migrate from another platform?
